The company runs 6 finished-product assembly lines of 25 m with bilateral stations and 2 packaging lines of 20 m, equipped with automatic production equipment such as high-precision automatic dispensers, fully automatic screw-driving machines and color-box shrink-wrap machines, covering the whole process of assembly, fastening, dispensing and shrink-wrap packaging. All lines are connected to the MES execution system for full-process digital control of production steps, material flow, process parameters and output data, ensuring assembly and packaging consistency with traceable production. We undertake high-volume whole-unit assembly and packaging business with stable, efficient and scalable delivery capability.

UDD's assembly line is equipped with fully automatic dispensing equipment supporting hot-melt, UV and sealant resins, paired with multiple pressing methods and glue-weight control to secure whole-unit bonding strength and waterproof sealing reliability, meeting the assembly needs of highly sealed products like smart wearables and smart terminals.

Equipped with automatic tooling such as fully automatic screw-driving machines and IP waterproof testers, manual intervention is effectively reduced, further improving assembly precision and overall efficiency.

The company has built a professional reliability testing laboratory capable of paper tape abrasion, ESD, click life, high/low temperature, tumble, X-RAY, drop and vibration tests. From internal material defects, ESD protection and environmental adaptability to whole-unit mechanical durability, drop and vibration resistance, multi-dimensional verification identifies potential risks early and strictly controls product quality, ensuring stability and reliability in complex use scenarios.
