Mold & SMT Divisions Collaborate to Build One-Stop Manufacturing Capability

UDD Technology has built its operations around two core divisions — mold and SMT — covering the complete process chain from structural parts to electronic assembly, offering customers one-stop manufacturing services from tooling through to final product delivery.

The mold division focuses on structural-part processes such as precision mold design, injection molding, and spray and silk-screen printing. Equipped with mold-making and injection production equipment, it meets the high-precision and high cosmetic-quality requirements of structural components.

The SMT division covers surface-mount placement, through-hole (DIP) insertion, PCBA testing and final assembly, combined with AOI and SPI inline inspection to safeguard yield and reliability in electronic assembly. Operating within the same base, the two divisions collaborate closely, shortening communication and logistics loops and improving overall delivery efficiency.
