High-quality Appearance Coating System
UDD has built a three-coat three-bake UV automatic spray line with a maximum spray diameter of 400cm, equipped with a clean Class-10000 oven and a near-infrared carbon-fiber heating system, achieving multi-layer precision coating of primer, color coat and UV top coat to meet the stringent appearance and adhesion requirements of consumer electronics, automotive and home appliances.
Three-coat Automatic Line
Continuous primer, color coat and UV top coat three-coat three-bake operation, up to 400cm diameter, with uniform film thickness and consistent color.
Clean Class-10000 Oven
Class-10000 clean baking environment with near-infrared carbon-fiber heating for fast heating, low energy use and stable coating quality.
Near-infrared Carbon-fiber Heating
Near-infrared carbon-fiber heating quickly penetrates and cures the coating, improving adhesion and hardness while shortening baking cycles.
Quality Assurance
Film thickness gauges and color matching light boxes, combined with cross-hatch, salt spray and other reliability tests, ensure coating appearance and durability meet standards.
