UDD's SMT division introduces German Siemens fully automatic high-speed dual-rail lines, equipped with automatic solder paste printing, ten-zone nitrogen reflow and full AOI/SPI inspection, forming a complete line from front-end mounting to back-end inspection, reaching 10M pieces/year.
Dual-rail High-speed Mounting
Siemens dual-rail machines work in parallel with high UPH and fast changeover for flexible multi-variety, small-to-medium batch production.
Full-process Automation
Solder paste printing, mounting, reflow and AOI/SPI are fully automated to reduce human intervention and stabilize yield.
10M Pieces/year
Scaled line configuration supports 10M pieces/year to meet high-volume orders in communications, consumer and automotive.
MES Traceability
The MES system runs across the whole process, with work orders, materials and process parameters fully traceable.
